GUNJUR TO PLAY SUKUTA IN LATE SEPTEMBER

The two West Coast region settlements will renew their cousin rivalry on September 30th 2018 in a charitable football game.

Gunjur the Kombo South giants will first host Sukuta the Kombo North outfits in the first game at Gunjur Nyamina arena. While the date for the second game will be announce after the first game.

The double legged tie named “kombo Kafo charity tournament” will be organized by Kombo “Yiriwa Kafo” Association.

According to the organizers, the tournament is aimed at strengthening the cardinal joking relationship between Gunjur and Sukuta that has been in existence for many years and also a sort of warm up game for the zones ahead of the coming October Super "Nawettan" zonal championship.

This tournament is expected to extend to all the communities within kombo that shares joking relationship. Immediately after the Gunjur, Sukuta game, Brikama and Brufut will follow suit.
